I am up early enough to make coffee and an english muffin for breakfast before I leave for work. I must have gotten good sleep last night. Or it might have been the fact that I was in bed by 10. I don't know.

no no no no... no storm metaphors. last year, my friend Katrina got sort of excited when a tropical storm named after her was splashing up against cuba.

I normally don't get up until like 7:00- out the door by 7:10, unless I'm washing my hair- then I'll get up at like 6:45.
