Aug. 16th, 2002 01:18 amWell what an afternoon. Today instead of the beach, we went to Chinatown, and then Hollywood Blvd. We took the metro, which is suprisingly nicer than the DC Metro system. Better designed, better coverage, and cleaner! amazingly cleaner and brighter! I was really suprised.
We walked through all of Chinatown, me finding souvaniers for Bocephus' Grammy and Paps who are watching him, and some stuff for me. Then we walked back to the metro, like 10 blocks. Then we went to Hollywood Blvd. The Chinese theater was pretty neat to see, but we only saw the outside.
I dunno what Im going to do tomorrow, other than go see a taping of "Grounded For Life." I wanted to see a taping of "The Price Is Right," but unfortunately, Bob Barker is still recovering in DC from his heart surgery. GRrr.. I've always wanted to go to, and possibly get onto the price is right. Maybe the next time I come out, because I'm told we're coming back. *Sigh*
Anyway, off to lay down and sleep or something..Blah.
