Pirates of the Carribean
Jul. 23rd, 2003 01:15 amSo tonight Leigh and I finally got the chance to see Pirates of the Carribean. Okay, for everyone I told that I didn't think Orlando Bloom was hot..Please forgive me. DAMN.
Lets see, watching it with the knowledge that I am part of a pirating group, I could asssociate people with the cast very easily. Opening scene with Johnny Depp, definately Cap'n Portugee. The one guy Johnny Depp commissions to get the rest of the crew, definately Collins. And Orlando Bloom's character was definately my puppy. He says "Avast" at one point, and after hearing puppy do it a few days ago on the ship, it made me laugh so hard. I know the other like 4 people in the theater had to be cursing us because we were laughing at all kinds of stuff, mainly because we could understand it, being on a level with it and all. And I almost cried when they lopped the main sail off of the one ship. It was so pretty, and then it was gone. *pout*
I've also decided that I want a pet monkey. The Monkey was so cute. The special effects were really good, and some of the lines just so were asking to be sig files. Now if I can remember the ones I really liked, maybe I'll finally change my sig file.
So anyway, yes, go see this film. I'll even go with you .:)
