A Television observation
Jan. 26th, 2003 01:59 pmIs it just me, or is TNN surviving on Star Trek Marathons? I mean, every other weekend almost, there's a Star Trek Marathon, and I think its on like 3 times a day. I will say its a step up from when it was The Nashville Network, and had such "wonderful" shows as Turkey Call and Nascar today or something like that, and at one point, reruns of HeHaw...but you would think they would try to diversify a little bit. Now I will say, they do have the A-team so that's redeeming. But They could have an A-Team Marathon sometime, ya know? "I pity the fool who uses the same show all the time."
Okay, I feel better for ranting.. I haven't ranted in awhile.

Weird Science
Jan. 26th, 2003 03:55 pmAfter much research, I have come to find that Cats do not like the sounds of Tin Whistles.
They will do all they can to prevent you from playing, even though its the first time in their lives they've heard one. They'll chew on your fipple (mouthpiece), they will lay on your music. If your music is in electronic format, they will hop into your lap, and put their chest against the bottom of the whistle, until they realize that that doesn't work, and then will tickle your face with their whiskers. I mean really, I didn't think I played that badly...
