Its Amazing.
Feb. 14th, 2002 06:23 pmHow energetic you can get when you know the smiles that are going to be seen, the hugs that are going to be received, and that overall happy feeling comes over you when you know you're doing well.
V day. Ahh the day for lovers. You know, I really don't think this is fair. There isn't a day for the singles of the world- like a national holiday where all the single people in the world go out to bars and meet people, or just celebrate their being single, is there?
Why only one day for lovers anyway. One day for my dad to tell my mom he loves her. Shouldn't he be doing that on a regular basis anyway? Shouldn't he give her little tokens of affection just because at regular times, and not just one day out of the year?
Now don't get me wrong. I love giving gifts, but I think there really should be a reevaluation of Valentines Day.
So what did I do today? I went to Georgetown to go to sex shops with my friend Deb. she wanted to look for things for her and her husband. No, not for Valentines Day. They celebrated it last night. :) It was just for fun for her to go and see what they had. She loved it. She almost bought a pair of shoes at the pleasure place, but didn't. I think she's going to go back and get them though.
Pleasure place still has that beautiful pvc ballgown. Almost tried it on again. Though I don't know if it really is me. I love ballgowns though. It makes me feel like a princess. Looked around at Dream Dressers too, but didn't really find a lot that I liked.Except for one gown that was PVC. Was going to try it on, but one of the salespeople said that those gowns ran very small and that a large would barely fit Kate Moss. Why do manufacturers make them like that? Its very confusing for me. If no one can wear that, shouldn't they make stuff that people can wear? Ah well. It was overpriced anyway.
Gave Deb a lesson on corsets. they had some beautifully designed ones there, but they didn't have any boning. the boning consisted primarily of cotton or something flimsy. Deb really had a fun time with me, and I always love hanging out with her. She's such a sweetie.
Well off to finish getting ready to go to Master and Mistress' tonight. I've really missed them this week. Happy V-Day, or happy VD.
